Email Article I just recently reworked some of the video on the exercises that I often recommend for patients. Below is video on the curl-up, an exercise described by Stuart McGill. This exercise is an essential exercise for most any back pain rehabilitation program.

I've tried so many exercises to help my lower back pain... am hoping yours will do the trick! I get such pain that I'm sure I'm going to end up having to get on of those electric beds sooner or later!
