Exercises for Lateral Hip Pain

Email Article Lateral hip pain is a very common condition with sources of pain that can include trochanteric bursitis, iliotibial (ITB) band syndrome or trochanteric tendonitis.
The source of these pain conditions usually involves imbalance in the muscles around the hips and often weakness in the hip abductors and extensors.
Following is a short video clip showing some exercises that can be done at home with TheraBand for the hip abductors and extensors.
